Given

Perimeter = 30cm
Two equal Sides = 12

Now

Perimeter = AB+BC+CA

30 = 12+12+CA

30 = 24+CA

30-24 = CA

6= CA

SO

Third side is = 6cm

Now

Ans = 9 root 15
