March 16, 2020, the very day when the president of the Philippines, Rodrigo Roa Duterte announced that the whole Philippines shall undergone an Enhance Community Quarantine. Everyone was obliged to stay at home to be safe. Schools must close and work must stop.
I was wondering why. Why so sudden that all people were mandated to stay home? Questions came rushing to my innocent mind. I cannot comprehend what was going on around me. I started asking my mother of what was really happening. Why were not I allowed to go out of the house and even everybody?. How would it affect the people’s lives? What will happen to us during the pandemic? What shall we do to avoid the virus? I have so many questions, but sad to say, even my mother cannot answer.
