After 5-6 months of service to the company or corporation, more often than not laborers, workers are terminated due to contractualization policy. Would you consider this situation corporate social responsibility ?
For me this situation is depend on the ability of an employee to show or demonstrate if he/she is eligible or worthy enough not to be terminated. Maybe it's the corporations responsibility to have a workers employed but its the employees duty to prove that he/she is capable of doing a great job. Lets think that were on the employer's shoe, what if your laborer is lazy, without self discipline, always late or absent would you make them permanent or regular on their work? for me contractualization is the way of an employer to filter out employees that are entering in their company, its their way of choosing whose worthy enough on their job and whose the one that they can trust and can stay in their company on a long period of time.
