ADELFO GAGANTE LOPEZ Known to others as "Idoy, SPO2 Adetfo Gagante Lopez was born on October 16, 1979. Throughout his Mife, he resided at Brgy. 74A Magallanes Tacloban City. He was a trained rescuer and a policeman. He was married to Aden Rose Aceo-Lopez. SPO2 Gagante was awarded for his heroism, acknowledged by his family, community and the Local Government Unit through the Tacloban City Resolution 2015-12-288. The resolution for this award was given by Vice Mayor Sambo Yaokasin to his mother, Alicia Gegante-Lopez on August 19, 2015, on his behalf. He was also given a 21-gun salute in his honor. "Idoy" was a respected policeman and preserved a good integrity in his profession and community. He was loyal and upheld peace and security. To his family and friends, he was a loving man.
