& the outcome results are great.

- i manage my weight by dieting,diet does not mean that you will not gonna eat in whole day,diet means that eat on time but eat just measuring your food,& also you need to exercise for best results, thats the way i did when i was so heavy & fat , & atlas i gained a 45 weight from 60
