Challenges:

Not having the ability to move freely

Having to take a long time in the bathroom

Not be stressed about leaking

Making sure leaking has not reached or shown on the clothes (pants)

Stomach aches

What they have done

Wearing napkins, Moving carefully

Washing underwear after showers

Change every time napkin is full

Wear dark clothing on the lower limbs ad not hold in pees

Not walking on cold surfaces without house slippers

Common Hygiene practices during Menstruation:

1. Change your sanitary napkin every 4-6 hours

2. Wash yourself properly

3. Don't use soaps or vagina hygiene products

4. Discard the sanitary napkin properly

5. Stick to one method of sanitation
