ANSWER: There is no definite way to confirm that we know anything at all. Only from our direct experience can we claim any knowledge about the world. It is hard to imagine a world that exists outside of what we can perceive. ... Experience, however, comes through the lens of perception

ANSWER:if you can satisfy yourself that the premises are true, perhaps because they are backed up by good sub-arguments, then you know that you have a good argument. If a premise is false or if it's not backed up by a good sub-argument, then the argument is bad.

ANSWER:What he found is that when his study's subjects experienced a piece of art or music they described as beautiful, their medial orbito-frontal cortex–the part of the brain just behind the eyes–”lit up” in brain scans.
