ACTIVITY I. Fact or Bluff! Instruction. Read the following statements and write FACT if the statement is correct and BLUFF if it is wrong. Write your answer on the space provided before each number,
1. There are two kinds of stress. FACT
2. Death refers to the end of the physical being of a person that is caused by an illness, ageing, or an accident.
3. Loss refers to the emotional suffering caused by a disaster, or misfortune (Meeks, et al., 2007).
4. Grief occurs when someone dies, or a life situation changes or ends.
5. The positive stress is known as the Eustress.
6. Distress refers to negative reaction of the body towards a given stressor. 7. Mental illnesses are disorders that disrupt thinking, feelings, moods, and behaviors and impair daily functioning 8. When you are resting, your blood pressure lowers, heart rate slows, and muscles relax. After sleep, you will feel invigorated and ready to face the day's challenges
9. When faced with a difficult problem, do not relax, and think negatively.
10. Stressors refers to the things that make a person stressed.​
