From what I see:

A soldier helping children with their wound. They also seem to be at war. This photo symbolizes that even in times of conflict, there are still people with the heart of gold. This soldier is fighting for the people of his country. Not only does he seem to be tending to the kids, but he also seems to be comforting them from their facial expression. There is still the look of comfort in their faces despite the struggle they face. For me, this photo tells us why we should love one another, not fight.
