Activity # 4: Write AGREE if it shows safety precautions in handling electricity and DISAGREE if it's not.
1. Unplug all electrical appliances when not in use.
2. Operating the electrical appliances with wet hands or while standing in water is not dangerous.
3. Always use insulated tools while working in any electrical circuit.
4. If you see the protective coating on a wire is stripped away, be sure to replace it or cover it with electrical tape as soon as possible. 5. Plugging too many appliances in one socket will cause no harm.
6. Keep electrical equipment or outlets away from water.
7. Always follow appliance instructions for improved electrical safety. 8. Install safety caps and covers on your outlet to keep your kids safe.
9. Connect the power source before repairing any electrical equipment.
10. Never climb trees near power lines. You might touch one by accident and get electrocuted.
