As a student, i can identify situations that can cause stress by thinking of different things. Our brain works a lot. When we think of something and that makes a headache then I can identify that it makes a stress. If that thing causes a gradual change on our emotions then that makes a stress. To handle this kinds of situation, I try to relax my self. I will try to think of positive things. I will think of happy thoughts. I will eat healthy foods, make my body to sweat and do whatever makes me happy.
