Isn't it STATIC?
John Patrick, is a Grade 6 pupil in an elementary
school He just finished attending his online
"Kamustahan" with his Science teacher and
classmates. After eating merienda, his mother asked
his help in moving the wooden sofa to the other side of
the room. He gladly helped but at first push, he had
hard time moving the sofa. He tried it again pushing
and pulling, until eventually moved it to the other side
of the room
After helping his mother successfully, JP was
thinking "Why didn't I got to move the wooden sofa at
DID YOU KNOW?
Static Friction is the
friction on an object
that is not moving. If
two objects slide each
other, a small amount
of force will result with
no movement. The force
of friction is greater than
the force applied
