I underlined the sentences with present real conditionals in the first question. I also did the same thing for the sentence with a present unreal conditional in the second one. Hopefully, this will allow you to understand them better.
A. Covid-19 Vaccination
Widespread vaccination is one of the best ways to fight COVID-19. If the people are vaccinated, they are more protected from the virus. This means that people can simply manage the condition at home with minimal help from a medical professional. Our hospitals will not be full nor will our medical frontliners be exhausted. If the hospitals are not overwhelmed, people can receive attention even for other conditions and treatments.
B. It is important to treat others with justice and fairness.
We should all be mindful of the way that we treat both ourselves and other people. Everyone should strive to be fair and just in our daily lives. No one should ever have to experience unfair treatment. If I were the victims, I would feel bad about myself. None of us deserve that. We should all follow the golden rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
