Answers & Comments
1. Properties of laser light are: monochromacity (the same color), coherence (all of the light waves are in phase both spatially and temporally), collimation (all rays are parallel to each other and do not diverge significantly even over long distances).
2. Lasers are often used to: Treat varicose veins. Improve vision during eye surgery on the cornea. Repair a detached retina of the eye.
3.Laser is just another way to deliver such energy, since the a photon has enough energy to break some bonds and deliver some heat for the molecules that can evaporate. Since cutting is just breaking chemical bonds and removing particles in some specific place, laser has ability to cut.
