The scores obtained of 15 students in a Math quiz are 15, 8, 11,7,3, 14, 3, 6, 9, 11, 10,9,9,9,4.
Solve for the mean, medjan and mode. (Show your solution on other sheet of paper.)
Mean of grouped data. To calculate the mean of a grouped data, we assume that all the values are found at the
midpoint of the interval. The steps involved are as follows:
1. Calculate the midpoints of all intervals.
2. Multiply each midpoint by the corresponding frequency.
3. Find the sum of these products.
4. Divide the sum by N (number of observations).​
