Ricky works in a tourism industry and was affected by the pandemic that
the whole world is facing. He lost his job but was able to grab an
opportunity as a sales agent. Believing that this would somehow provide
him earning, he grabbed it and is offered the following options:
a. His pay would be through straight commission basis.
b. He gets a fixed base salary plus a commission.
c. He gets paid through graduated commission.
d. He gets paid on commission by installment basis.
