DIRECTIONS: Put check (✅) if the sentence is part of the steps in creating online survey using Goógle Form and (❌) if not.

_____1. Click the side menu icons to add to your survey.

_____2. Name your survey. You can also add a description. If you want to name the Goógle Form for your own reference, click Untitled form in the top left corner to edit.

_____3. Fill in a subject line and message. People typically need a little coaxing to answer a survey.

_____4. Click the Palette icon to change your survey's color or add a photo to the header.

_____5. Download the Goôgle Form and install it on your computer.​
