How Does Exercise Affect Your Breathing?
Directions:
1. Using a stop watch, measure you pulse and breathing rate before
exercise for 15 seconds then multiply by 4. Record.it
2. Take a walk for three minutes. Then measure again your pulse and
breathing rate for 15 seconds then multiply by 4. Record it
3. Jog for five minutes. Then do the same process with no. 1 and 2
4. Then write your observations.
