A wooden log is in form of cylinder .
To finding the volume of wooden log
Using formula ,
[tex]\boxed{ \leadsto\sf \: \: Volume \: of \: cylinder = \: \pi {r}^{2} h}[/tex]
Where ,
Radius of wooden log = D/2 = 84/2= 42cm
In metres, Radius of wooden log = 0.42m
Height of wooden log =3.6m
Using [tex]\pi[/tex] = 3.14
Now,
Volume of Wooden log
= [tex]\sf\pi {r}^{2} h[/tex]
= 3.14×0.42×0.42×3.6
= 1.99m³ = 2m³ (approx)
Hence , the Volume of wooden log is 2m³.

Solution :-
It is given that diameter of wooden log is equals to 84 cm.
Radius = 84/2
Radius = 42cm
Therefore, radius of wooden log is equals to 42 cm.
Since the wooden log is in the shape of cylinder we can use formula to find volume of a cylinder which is πr²h.
[tex] \sf{ } \implies \: \dfrac{22}{7} \times 42 \times 42 \times 3.6 \\ \\ \sf{ } \implies \:22 \times 6 \times 42 \times 3.6[/tex]
[tex]\sf{ } \implies \:19958.4[/tex]
Here, volume is equals to 2m³ approx.
