(a) ans :- The major impurities in Bauxite are iron oxides , hematite , silicon dioxide, the clay mineral kaolinite as well as small amounts of anatase .
it removed by leaching a bauxite ore using a leach solution to dissolve impurities from the bauxite ore and form a pregnant leach solution containing the impurities in solution
(b) ans :- we can prepare aluminium from pure aluminum oxide compound called alumina is dissolved at 950 °C (1,750 °F) in a molten electrolyte composed of aluminum, sodium, and fluorine; this is electrolyzed to give aluminum metal at the cathode and oxygen gas at the anode.
