A teacher is in the faculty room and wants to get some information of the books that she will be using for her class. She decides to send an email to the publisher instead of calling through phone. She asks in her email about the pricing and attached to the email the topics that she needs. She also included in the email the title of the books and preferred authors. An hour later, the publisher replied back thanking her for inquiry. However, the publisher said that he did not receive the attachment and the publisher responds shortly after listing the list of books that matched with the topics with the preferred author along with the prices and availability.
