A scuba diver has 4.5L of air in his lungs 66ft below the ocean surface, where the pressure is 3.0atm. What would the volume of this gas be at the surface, where the pressure is 1.95atm?
If the diver's lungs can hold no more than 7.0L without rupturing, is he in trouble if he doesn't exhale as he rises to the surface? Answer YES or NO in Capital letters.
