Perimeter=2(lenght + width)
2(L+W)=60
L+W=30
L=30-W from perimeter equation.
substitute into area equation
(30-w)w=216
30w-w²=216
move everything in one side to create a quadratic
w²-30w+216=0
(w-12)(w-18)=0
w=12 or 18
