My Suggestion: He cannot Breathe freely/properly because of the thickness of the face mask.
And that air ventilation inside the mask area stopped receiving coolness/air

He cannot breath becoz the car is closed and he was alone hes wearing a thick and tight face mask the air conditioner stops that is y he cannot breath thats the reason
