Hey friend, let's take the question in two cases, first case when the car is travelling with a uniform acceleration. then, a = 1 m/s^2 t = 0 sec u = 0 m/s
using, s = ut + 1/2 at^2 s = 0 + 1/2 *1 *5*5 s = 25/2 m
then, when car moves with uniform speed speed of car at that time = 5 m/s time = 10 sec using, v = s/t s = 5/10 = 1/2m so total distance travelled = 25/2+1/2 = 26/2 = 13m

Hey in this a= 1m/ssq u=0 and t=5s we will find v after 5 s apply v=u+at ok for s in 5 s apply another formula v^2-u^2=2as ok then we get s and then for rest 10s apply s=v/t and then add both distance

let's take the question in two cases,
first case when the car is travelling with a uniform acceleration.
then,
a = 1 m/s^2
t = 0 sec
u = 0 m/s
using,
s = ut + 1/2 at^2
s = 0 + 1/2 *1 *5*5
s = 25/2 m
then,
when car moves with uniform speed
speed of car at that time = 5 m/s
time = 10 sec
using, v = s/t
s = 5/10 = 1/2m
so total distance travelled = 25/2+1/2 = 26/2 = 13m
hope it will help
u=0 and t=5s
we will find v after 5 s
apply
v=u+at
ok for
s in 5 s apply another formula
v^2-u^2=2as
ok
then we get s
and then for rest 10s
apply s=v/t
and then add both distance
