1. The first thing we had to do was build a frame for the floor of the
house. Then we used a rope to raise all the wood up into the
tree. Afterward, we carefully nailed the board to the frame, and soon we
had a floor.
2. Plants convert light energy from the sun into food. They produce the
food that people and animals eat. The animals that give us such as
chickens and cows eat grass, oats, corn, and other plants.
3. First, the dragonfly lays egg on the water. After a few days, the eggs

AM. He preformed his first exercises which were slow, easy stretches to
lessen his muscles. Then, he did more active exercises for ten minutes.
After that, he rode his bike for a five mile stretch. Back home, Alberto
ate a good breakfast. While eating, he talked to Rosario about the
exercises he would do in the afternoon.10
7. There are different ways of purifying water for drinking purposes.
Distillation is one. Distilled water is made by evaporating water and
then condensing the water vapor from boiling water. Bacteria are
removed by passing water through a filter. But the best way of purifying
water at home is by boiling it. When water is boiled, the bacteria in it
one surely killed.
8. The moon is our closest neighbor. It’s gravity is 1/6 of Earth. In
addition, there atmosphere on the moon. The lack of atmosphere also
means there is no water on the moon, an important problem when
travelling there.
9. You can cook a perfectly boiled egg for breakfast if you follow these six
easy steps. First, get a pot big enough to hold one egg. Then fill the pot
4/5 full with water and put in the egg. Next, turn the heat to high until
the pot of water is boiling. Boil the egg in the water for three minutes.
Take the egg out of the pot and put it in an egg cup. Now the egg is
ready to eat. Enjoy it!
10. The steps in preparing fruit salad. First, wash the fruits. Next, peel the
fruits. Then, slice the fruits into small cubes or pieces. Mix the fruits
