I.Problem:What are the factors related to seed germination?
II.Science Skills:Observing,Analyzing,Interpreting III.Materials Needed: 10 mongo and corn seeds,garden soil,two pots,water
IV.Prodecure
1.Soak the corn seeds overnight and 2 to 3 hours for mongo seeds before sowing.
2.Remove the seeds that float and drain the remaining seeds in the morning and guve them a fresh ribse in water. Pick 10 mongo and corn seeds.
3.Put garden soil to the two pots at least 3/4 of it.Label it with the name of the seeds.
4.Sow the seeds at least half inch depth and cover with a light amount of soil.
5.Put the pots in safe place and can recieve enough sunlight.
6.Water them everyday, give only enough water to moisten the soil. Dont overwater to avoid rotting of the seeds.
7.Observe the seeds in the two pots everyday.
