Capacity of cylindrical tank = 60,000L
Volume of cylindrical tank = 60m³
Circumference of base = 15m
→ 2πr = 15m
→ πr = 15/2
→ r = 7.5/π
→ r = 2.38 m
As we know that,
Volume of cylindrical tank = πr²h
→ 60 = 22/7 × 2.38 × 2.38 × h
→ 60 = 17.8 h
→ h = 60/17.8
→ h = 3.3 m
•°• Height of cylindrical tank = 3.3m
we get :-
60,000/1000 = 60
then, we will divide 15 with 2 we get :-
15/2 = 7.5
= 2.38 m
volume = πrh
then , we will divide it :-
60/17.8 = 3.3 cm

QUESTION :-
SOLUTION :-
first we will divide 60,000L with 1000
we get :-
60,000/1000 = 60
then, we have base = 15m
then, we will divide 15 with 2 we get :-
15/2 = 7.5
then, we will divide 7.5/π we get :-
= 2.38 m
then, we have formula :-
volume = πrh
then, we will multiply 22/7 × 2.38 × 2.38 we get :-
then , we will divide it :-
60/17.8 = 3.3 cm
height of tank = 3.3 cm
