Day to Day Life - is the occuring routine or activities that you do in a daily basis.
Reflection - an instance of reflecting or serious thinking about thoughts.
Application- the act of applying thoughts or actions as a result of thinking or reflection.
We have seen many movies that shows the main characters getting on with his or her daily life. Then a sudden moment makes them decide and afterwards going through their decision and creates a big change on their life. Just like in the movie Mulan where the main character is a very simple peasant girl. When the threats of the enemies became known his father was asked to fight as a custom but then being the dotting and loving daughter she decided to pretend to be a man and fight instead of sending his father. It was truly a big decision making thus making her a hero in the end.
Reflection is very important in our lives especially nowadays wherein nothing seems constant. There are many problems and we never know what will happen next.
