• I will choose not to focus on what I don't have.
• I will choose not to focus on what others have.
• I will be grateful for what life has already allowed me to have.
• I will be generous with what I have now.
4. Make a 'Thankful Journaľ which you must fill up regularly. Write or
draw the things you are thankful for. This is such a good way for
us to remember all the ways in which we are blessed in life.​
