We usually have a habit before going to sleep. We brush our teeth, read books, browse on our social
media accounts, pray, drink milk and others. In the scroll below, make a list of your habits an hour
before you go to sleep and estimate what fraction of an hour it covered. Then convert it to the number
of minutes (1 hour = 60 minutes)
Example:
1/3 of an hour - clean up and brush my teeth
= 20 minutes
1/6 of an hour - check my e-mail
= 10 minutes
1/6 of an hour - play Hay Day in the phone
= 10 minutes
1/3 of an hour - pray
= 20 minutes
60 minutes
