3. In measuring flour it should be sifted 7 times and spoon it into the cups overflowing and level off with a spatula.


4. Ingredients which measure by volume and by weight demand standardized measuring tools and equipment.

5. In using timers, thermometers, , scales and other measuring devices we will just use it without Checking and calibrating the equipment.​
