1. Prepare the ingredients
note: copy mo na lang yung ingredients kapag kailangan o gusto mong ilagay.
1/2 kl Ground Pork, 1/2 cup M(i)nced Garlic, 1 tbsp P(a)prika, 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper, 1 tspn Salt, 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Cornstarch, 1/2 cup Water
2. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients well together.
3. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
4. Remove from fridge.
5. Place in the cl(i)ng wrap and m(o)ld. Wr(a)p like a c(a)ndy and fr(e)eze for an hour.
6. Heat pan in medium heat and remove l(o)ngganisa from the plastic wr(a/pper.
7. Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan and cook the l(o)ngganisa for 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Cover and s(i)mmer for 1 minute.
9. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil and fry for another minute.
10. S(e)rve and enjoy.
