No he is not the father. Because if that dude is AB blood type the he is not s kid And because AB blood type is only for AB blood too it can be -AB or + AB. So there is no possibility that he can form another into a type B.
And the genotype of the mother if she is type A then she is only for those who have -A or +A blood type.
So the father can be the one who is the B blood type who is unknown lol.
