1. Naruto, the designs are focuses on human's/ninjas/ much more detailed, etc.while Tom and Jerry's designs are more with shapes,Tom and Jerry's head are round, and not as detailed.
2.Naruto, it has much more wider range of color because their design was much more of human than tom and jerry which the bg and some cut scenes where shaded( Im not hating on tom and jerry, ok) Naruto has more drastic and more dramatic plots, changing sceneries.
