Answer:
1. I observed that some of the things are not placed properly that may cause some accidents.
2. To minimize accident you have to put your things in the proper place like shelves and cabinets.
3. The unsafe practices that i do is sometimes i bring some water/coffee to drink later on that may cause some spills in my drafts.
4. The coffee or water sometimes spilts on my works, and i have to repeat it again.
