Yes. My main reaction every time I meet or encounter a person with disability is the same as when I meet a normal person. This is because, most PWDs become too burdened with the looks of pity and sympathy everyone gives them. I believe that being ready any time for their help is enough, even with the little signals while some of them are too shy to ask.
