a.Overhead service “NO JUMP” (3x continuously)
Create a 11 to 12 meter marker in the area with starting line serve as service area (No net needed)
Volleyball must volley at least 9 to 10 feet high
Say something or describe your experience and you gain each activity. (at least 4 sentences min.) in air for imaginary net clearance
After 8x successful attempt each service your done
