One litre is 1000cm cubed of volume. 150ml is 150cm cubed. density of water is 1g per cm cube. So mass of this water is 1*150 = 150g. So weight = 0.15kg * 10N/kg = 1.5 N (taking g = 10N/kg). Answer = 1.5N
