1. The passage is all about training programs.
2. In passage A, there's no author's name, number of pages, and date of published. Whereas in passage B, there's the author's name, number of pages, and date of published written on.
3. For me, the passage B will be appropriate in writing a research paper because it is complete written from author's name that allow readers to identify the given article.
4. To avoid plagiarism, of course. And also to help other researchers to identify it.
5. These methods are direct quotation from another source, paraphrasing or summarising material, and citing the whole of a sourec document.
