To start it off, I would just like to say that I’m really informal when it comes to things like this, as I find it difficult to express and share when I’m worrying about all kinds of formalities and decorum.
For our first blog assignment, we were tasked to write about our childhood spaces and places, specifically our home town. Unfortunately, if I were tasked to write about my home town, I would only be able to write about the things going on in my house. My parents were kind of strict and weren’t very fond of our neighbourhood, so I would always be stuck inside my house, trying to come up with who knows what to keep myself busy… but that doesn’t mean that I spent my childhood cooped up in my house. Whenever I wasn’t at home, I was at one of my favourite places as a kid, where I learned, grew, and met people who I cherish ’til now, and also the place I consider my childhood landscape. My school, Claret School of Quezon City.
