Explanation:

1.)  Everyone is considered to be called "God's children" or God's people since everyone is created by the Holy Father, whoever they are and whatever they did. However, the term "God's people" can also be translated into 'the people who has a deep connection with the Lord and serves His righteousness.'

2.) God helps everybody by giving us the necessities we need to survive as a human being. He is there to be our fortress and shelter when nobody was there to comfort us. Lord may not give us the wishes we wanted because His plans are better than ours. He may be silent at times but for sure, His promises will never be broken.
