No, the bulb won't illuminate.
The reason behind is that you've connected only one wire to the bulb holder. In this case, you've made an open circuit, wherein, the flow of electricity/charged particles (known as electric current) had been broken, blocked or disconnected since the path of the current goes only from the positive terminal of the battery to a light bulb.
In order to illuminate the bulb, you need a closed circuit, wherein, you have to connect one more wire that goes from a different terminal screw of the light bulb holder to the negative terminal of the battery.
NOTE: A simple electrical circuit works when the current flows from source to load, then load to source.
