1, do you agree that single use plastics like plastic cups plastic bags and plastic spoon and forks be banned? why or why not? 2, deped should limit the subjects given during the pandemic focusing only on the core subjects. why or why not?
1. No. Single use plastics are being widely used because it can protect foods and products very well, and fresh foods remains fresher for a longer period of time. It's hard to find an alternative that will work as fine as single use plastics, so maybe, instead of banning them, it's better to promote making new products with the use of these plastics in order to recycle it.
2. No. The additional subjects in the curriculum may be a way for a student to know his potentials. He may not be that great with the core subjects but studying Journalism, for example, triggers his passion to be a journalist. Just imagine how many dreams would shutter just because some students didn't know they excel on a subject that was not included in the curriculum, so they forced themselves to like the core subjects and be someone that they never planned to be in the future.
